I grew up a little further south along the Maine coast and moved to the “big city” about 20 years ago.

Ruskis on the west end is such a quintessential Portland spot, definitely a neighborhood bar you have to hit.

I grew up about 30 miles north of Portland and moved here in the late eighties.

I love showing people the things they won’t find from searching the internet. A great tour also brings strangers together.

I love the look of joy when someone tries an amazing beer or when we come around a corner to see a beautiful lighthouse.

I always recommend the walk along the Eastern Prom and a bowl of seafood chowder at Gilbert’s Chowderhouse.

There’s going to be laughter.

I actually do a lot of the things we show on tours. If not then I’m probably golfing or skiing.

We don’t really have spring but May is my favorite month to be here. It’s a beautiful lead in to summer.

I had a SOME Whoopie Pie Stout last night that made me very happy.

I love to explore walking and hiking trails with my wife – especially the ones near the coast.
